BOOMER SOONER!!!

What else can I say, except BOOMER SOONER, BABY!!! My beloved Sooners just took down the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Sugar Bowl. A place where, yes, we got trampled in 2004 by a LSU team that made me hate that state still to this day. All we need to happen now is for those OSU Cowboys and the Florida State Seminoles to take care of business in the Cotton Bowl and the BCS National Championship to take out the best 3 teams in the so-called "best conference in college football, the mighty SEC...pfsh! Clowns...

To say the least, I had a great day and although it didn't yield any exercise of any sort, there was plenty of rest. It is very important to have those days along with a cheat day for your meals. Today, I did both. I know what you are saying "but Jason, it's a Thursday. Aren't most rest/cheat days on Sunday and are you supposed to do them together?" I will answer that in 2 ways. One, I have been off work for the past 10 days and all of my days have started to run together. Two, it just happened to fall that way for me this time. Most of the time, I won't combine the two so my body doesn't think I am resorting to my old ways. My mind, 1, my body, 0.

Meals for the day
Breakfast (Old School Bagel Cafe)
Ham, egg and cheese on jalapeno cheese bagel, sour cream and chive cream cheese, coffee

Lunch (Dominos Pizza)
Leftover pepperoni and onion pizza, spinach and feta breadsticks

Dinner (Louie's)
Queso, chips, chicken salad sandwich, tomato soup, Spiked Lemonade

While my meals were not healthy at all, I thoroughly enjoyed them and got my fix in for the week. Now I can focus on my training and my food "fuel" for the rest of the week.

Once again, BOOMER SOONER!!!
